Return to Work:
Understanding Mothers’ Experiences
Opportunity to participate in a research project to help understand the challenges faced by mothers returning to work after a period of maternity leave. Your responses will be used to inform the development of resources about how employers can better support mothers' transition back to the paid workforce.
This survey is for mothers who are either
currently pregnant and in paid work
are on leave from their paid job while mothering/ on maternity leave
those who have returned to work after a period of maternity leave.
What is the research for?
The research data will be used to help develop resources that can be offered to employers, managers, directors, and teams, to support mothers both in the paid workforce, and in the return to work after a period of maternity leave.
